Biscuits and Berries Employee Perks

At Biscuits and Berries, we believe who you work with is one of the most important aspects of any job—and a key component to loving your career. And although we’re definitely in the business of catering and events, at the end of the day, it’s our people to whom we owe our success. That’s why we not only offer the most competitive wages in the industry as well as health and dental insurance for full-time employees, but also have worked hard to cultivate a family-like atmosphere. One where we can relax with each other during Family Lunch in the kitchen, enjoy each other’s company outside of work during our company holiday party and summer soiree and overall have the type of day-to-day relationships that are authentic, light-hearted, fun, and respectful. At Biscuits and Berries, we’re always family first.

Sharing the Employee Love

Biscuits and Berries has been not just a job for me for close to 15 years but it has been a stable, caring, and productive place to grow. With longevity in a workplace you gain a group of people that have become friends but have grown into so much more. We are like family! As a family we help better one another, build one another up and most of all, believe in something that we can accomplish together.

Ashleigh G.

I've had the pleasure of working at Biscuits and Berries for 8 years. With the motivation and drive from my peers and management, I've moved through the ranks over the years. The exciting nature of our business, as well as the amazingly team-driven atmosphere, make B&B feel more like a hobby than a workplace. As an Event Designer, it's incredibly easy to sell a product you believe in whole-heatedly, and I have the utmost respect for the integrity of how we do things. From our innovative and original food/decor concepts to the high standards held by our staff, B&B is an exciting world! To be a part of our clients' milestone events and one-of-a-kind experiences is truly a privilege.

There is a reason why I have been employed by Biscuits and Berries for over ten years. Our company strives for excellence in its product and its service and these are the values I want to surround myself with. We don't say "I can't," only "I will".
