Wow! Fantastic food last night. When I had people come up to me after the hors d’oeuvres and say they were superb, that was a great moment. And the rest of the meal was equally excellent. The beef was very tender, and the marshmallows worked just as you said they would. I really appreciate having left it in your hands and getting a truly professional service.
